Hoffmeyer's supplies/distributes and also mills solid wood flooring. Whether it be a small amount to fill in a missing or damaged area or cover a large area we have you covered. We take the time to look after the small jobs as well as the larger jobs.
Our practise is that we do not sell engineered wood or laminate type flooring - only solid wood that has been kiln dried. All of the flooring we offer is unfinished, raw wood, with no magical 20 layer space station finish applied. You finish the floor after it has been laid and sanded.
Pine floors are a very popular option that give a warm, country look. We have stock of 3/4" Red Pine and, 7/8" & 1 1/8" White Pine tounge and groove flooring. 6" boards are the widths, but we can also supply wider plank or even thicker stock for lofts on post/beam type structures. Call or email for any further details and current pricing. Please include the quantity and your location. NOTE we do not ship softwood flooring (Pine or Fir) to the USA due to red tape.
Oak and Maple, Cherry and Ash are also available and ship North America wide. We typically stock the traditional strip flooring that is 3/8" thick by 1 3/4" wide in Oak. This is the type you may have seen in many homes that are 50 to 90 years old. We can also supply 3/4" X 2 1/4" - 3 1/4" hardwood. Some clients can choose a wider plank custom hardwood floor with a face width of 5" + wider in width.
We can even supply custom milled quarter sawn random width Red Oak Plank flooring as well as Vertical Grain Douglas Fir.
Note: All of our lumber is kept under a roof at our facility.
Hoffmeyer's keeps stock of 1" x 6" nominal (3/4" thick x 5 1/8" face + tongue) Red Pine T&G with 4" and 8" available as a special order. We recommend using a single width floor to help ensure you are working with materials machined at the same time. Red Pine is harder than White Pine. It's cheaper as well which makes it a popular chioce.

Above you can see wide plank White Pine flooring. It is 7/8" thick and has a 8 7/8" coverage with a 3/8" tongue. This flooring is kiln dried to ~8-10% Moisture content and has anticupping relief cuts on the back side. Random lengths from 6' up to 16 feet.

Bill the driver was GREAT! Can't emphasize that enough. And the
wood is PERFECT. Small knots and few and far between, which is
exactly what we were hoping for. My wife was elated when we started
unloading it. For reasons I won't go into, it made the most sense
to bring the whole load in through a couple of open windows. It
took about 2 and a half hours and Bill assisted without a single
complaint. What a great guy! We had to talk him into accepting
enough of a tip to buy himself a good dinner. Please—don't
hesitate to use me as a reference. I will be happy to take any

IMPORTANT UPDATE for USA customers and Pine Flooring:
As of October 2006 we no longer export softwood (pine or Fir) lumber or flooring to customers in the USA. So much for so the called "Free Trade" that was implemented years ago.We can sell a Pine window or door as it is deemed a manufactured product but not softwood lumber which unfortunately means any Pine, Cedar or Fir flooring or panelling.
We can sell hardwoods ie: Ash or Oak Cherry etc.. hardwood flooring.
We can machine hardwood into plank type flooring in varoius widths and longer lengths. Ash is shown above with Cherry below machines in random widths.
Below you see a special order of British Columbia verticle grain clear FIR tongue and groove flooring in all 14 and 16 foot lengths! Let me know for all of your special flooring needs.

Above shows you 3/8" x 1 3/4" strip style Red Oak flooring. It is also available in 1 1/2" widths as well as Hard Maple and comes in lengths from ~2 feet up to about 7 feet long. It is unfinsihed and offers you great value and ease of installation with tongue and groove on edges and the ends. It is also available in different thicknesses and widths.
